TWS Quadra Series Pick and Place

Up to 120 intelligent feeders can handle various tapes or stick sizes. New feeders can be prepared offline in order to reduce downtime for program changeovers. The unit can handle all of the main types of components and accommodates tape from 8mm to 44mm in width with 7”, 13” or 15” reel diameter.

The optional dispenser enables easy and rapid dispensing of adhesive and solder paste. The dispenser is simple to set up and achieves over 4,000 dots per hour.

The QUADRA DVC is simple, reliable and versatile, while preserving most well tested key solutions of earlier models. The QUADRA DVC introduces a worldwide first in this field: the Linux operating system.

The QUADRA Membrane Pick-and-Place, designed for Membrane Keyboards, places SMD components, LEDs and metal domes (in tubes and on reels) onto membrane keyboards.

• Can also be used for dispensing glue and paste using two syringes.
