The DM500 allows easy and safe separation of panelized, scored boards without damaging delicate SMD components. Compared to other depaneling systems the DM500 has the advantage of adjustable blade height. It is not necessary to change the blades when they lose their sharpness; instead you can regulate them in height avoiding expensive blade replacements.

TWS Thermal Profiler

The RT-03 temperature profile recorder is a useful accessory for fine‐tuning the SMT soldering process. It enables the user to improve the setting of the oven parameters, to optimize production and to check the soldering process quality by jut looking at the temperature vs. time graph.

All of your stencils can be quickly and easily filed in this stencil cabinet. It is possible to store up to 130 stencils, and each of them is easily identifiable thanks to the specific labels placed over the stencil storage
