Desktop Pick-and-Place SMT SOLUTIONS
For more than 30 years Fritsch has produced complete and flexible SMT solutions.
LM900
The LM900 is the simplest of our manual machines, & can be used in any situation, from laboratory use to production.
Designed solely for pick-&-place, it has all of the important features of a pick-&-place machine, reduced to the basics. This makes it a very affordable machine. |
LM901
The LM901 is the entry-level model of the Fritsch modular-built systems. In addition to the LM900 functionality, it can be extended with axis brakes, dispenser, and optical support systems for component placement. It supports the entire dispensing-/pick-&-place process, from supplying the solder paste or glue to placing standard, fine pitch or BGA components.
The LM901 can be upgraded to a semi-automatic manipulator. |
SM902
A semi-automatic placement system suitable for prototypes & small batches.
Placement for the next components is displayed on a monitor, guiding the user through the placement process. |
SM902professional
The SM902professional offers a higher assembly output than the other LM or SM systems. Unlike the SM902, the SM902professional can be equipped with motor-driven feeders (carousel and/or paternoster) with LEDs and an automatic dispensing system.
During assembly the eye automatically moves to the next placement position, thereby indicating where the component should be placed. The user has only to insert the guide-pin into the eye and it is at the correct position.
Position coordinates can be taught manually or CAD data can be directly imported. |
MP904
The MP904 combines the easy and flexible operation of a manipulator with the high standards needed for the exact placement of fine pitch components.
The unrivalled smooth-running guide of the mounting head helps to place SMDs accurately. The vacuum switches on when the pipette comes into contact with the component, and switches off when placing it.
An available placement station with specialized vision system provides accurate placement of all fine pitch/BGA components.
